The NOTO store // COSA Mart is open Thursday - Sunday from 11-6 PM PST. Shipments of orders will take place on a first in first out basis over the course of these business days. Please note - our store has a very small team and expedited shipping is not guaranteed. Shipping times calculated at checkout refer to time in transit, not time in which the order will be shipped out. 

Items ordered and paid for will ship within 5- 7 business days and you will receive an email notification with tracking information once shipment is fulfilled, unless otherwise mentioned. 
The shipment window begins once orders leave our facility. USPS typically delivers packages within 5 business days unless an expedited service is purchased at checkout.
We will send tracking info for customer to know when your product arrives. We do not accept responsibility if product says delivered by the postal service but customer claims to not have product.  This will have to be taken up between customer and postal service.  We will accept responsibility if we put in a wrong address from what was given to us or if the package is lost in the mail with proof from postal service .

If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately. We happily replace any damaged items reported within 48 hours of order delivery.

Due to the nature of our offerings, we do not accept returns. However,
we offer replacements or store credit should the product arrive damaged.

Please be sure to always know what ingredients you may be allergic to before using our products.  Always do a small patch skin test to see if you may have any reactions to our ingredients.
