100% Apulian sweet almonds Filippo Cea quality, is a product of rich nutrients, such as calcium, iron, phosphorus, potassium, and magnesium. And still produced according to traditional methods. Sweet almonds and a very small percentage of bitter almonds are crushed and blended with water and then centrifuged.
The milk obtained is mixed with sugar and pasteurized. Diluted with ice and water, coffee, or as a base to cocktails - also excellent for preparing desserts, sorbets, granitas, and popsicles...etc.
