Chariot will present a special menu embodying the Venusian qualities of cardinal air through delicate sponges, edible flowers, and sumptuous swiss meringue buttercream forms. Rosalee Bernabe is a visual artist born and raised in Whittier, CA. She is the creator and operator of Chariot, a psychic cake project and rogue microbakery in Los Angeles.
